Points to put in a wedding photography timeline

Doing a photo shoot involves a lot of scheduling that is why a timeline is important.A timeline gives you ample time to take those most important shots in a wedding.It will also enable one to capture great moments of the wedding.So with that in mind we are going to discuss some of the important things that a photographer should do before and during the wedding.

First thing a photographer must do is to know and consult the family when they would like to pose for the family portrait.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding.Some people like to take pictures before the wedding happens.This will give them more time to do things during and after the wedding.Others prefer to do it during the wedding.You would perform better because you are more prepared if you just determine when the family would like to take the pictures.

Next important thing to know is the schedule of the start of the wedding.This would let you prepare for shots of the guests that are arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests.You will also have ample time to get ready for the ceremony.

Last thing to remember is to know what time the reception will be.This is important since you will know how much time you have left.In other words, you would know how much more shots you can take in the church or wherever the wedding is held before heading to the reception.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly.  The last thing you want is everything being disorganized.
